Childcare Code of Conduct
Strict Guardian Facility Rule
Parents/guardians must NEVER leave the gym facility while children are in our care (including quick trips to your car). Violation results in immediate dismissal from childcare services.
5-Minute Pager Response
Parents are paged for diaper changes, potty breaks, or crying > 5 mins. You must find a safe stopping point in your workout and report to childcare within 5 minutes.
2-Hour Max & $1/Min Late Fee
Pickup is expected at or before the 2-hour limit. Two warnings are allowed; additional tardies accrue $1/min penalty fees. Lateness past 2.5 hours is treated as abandonment.
Infant & Snack Policies
All infants must be removed from car seats/baby carriers prior to drop-off. No personal toys, outside snacks, or staff-administered medications permitted.
Guardian Check-In & Check-Out
Guardian checking in must be the guardian checking out. Emergency contacts may only check children out in case of verifiable emergencies.
24/7 CCTV Monitoring
The childcare area is under continuous 24/7 high-definition video recording.
